Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Flywheel Cabs, we aim to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and therefore we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Advance Booking: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Same-Day Booking: For bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to be eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

1.2. Cancellation by Flywheel Cabs

  • Driver Unavailability: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to driver unavailability, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Force Majeure: Flywheel Cabs will not be liable for any cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternative solution or a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

2.2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Service fees and other charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of booking will not be considered in the refund amount.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Advance Booking: Customers can reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any additional charges.
  • Same-Day Booking: Rescheduling of same-day bookings is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up location within 30 minutes of the designated time, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
